Description

This issue was created by an agent analysing CI failures from the Next.js Deploy Suite (vinext main vs Next.js v16.2.6, 2026-05-22).

Problem

The dynamic-requests test app fails the production build with Custom deploy script failed: undefined (1), blocking both pages and routes dynamic-request tests. Likely related to a TypeScript or config feature used in that fixture that vinext's build pipeline does not support.

Recommendation

  1. Reproduce first in vinext's own test suite. Run the deploy script against the app-dir/dynamic-requests fixture and capture the underlying build error.

  2. Address the underlying error. Once the error is captured, file the specific fix (e.g. an unsupported syntax, missing transform).
