Description

We may want to allow the user to publish the article using md2medium rather than just creating it as a draft.

This could be done via a --publish flag or md2medium publish article.md.

Research direction
Add a publish flag to the CLI. In the command handler, call the Medium API with publish status set to true instead of draft. Update the documentation accordingly.
