Hi,

I'd be nice to be able to select multiple dates by swiping from a start date to an end date (or simply clicking both days after each other).

Research direction
Examine the existing calendar component's selection mechanism in the repository (deprecated). The feature requires implementing multi date selection via swipe or two tap. Since the repo is deprecated, confirm with maintainers if contributions are still accepted. Look into the main component file for touch event handling and date state management.
