Description

We were discussing offline and remembered this is not implemented but could easily be, when a colleague mentioned seeing deploys going out with that as the commit message.

Find where merge decisions are made in the codebase. Look for a function that validates commits before merging. Add a check that scans commit messages for patterns like 'revert me' or 'do not merge' and rejects the merge if found. Write tests for the new validation.
