Description

The STACK_BACK_TRACE Macro is disabled on Linux currently since the StackBackTrace class depends on the CaptureStackBackTrace and Symbol resolution Win32 APIs. We should re-enable it since it helps in debugging memory issues and is also used by the Exception object in the runtime.

Research direction
Investigate the current usage of STACK BACK TRACE in the codebase (likely in lib/Common/). The macro is disabled on Linux due to dependence on Win32 APIs. To re enable, you must implement StackBackTrace using Linux alternatives like backtrace() and backtrace symbols(). Check existing platform abstractions in the codebase for patterns. The issue is old and has no recent activity, so verify that it is still relevant with the current code.
