Description

I was wondering when was the app database updated once you drop a new app in applications? Right now it does not seem to update here. I dropped the app like 10 min ago. Alfred sees it but not cerebro

Research direction
Investigate the database update logic in the main process, likely in the file scanning module. Check if there is a file watcher for the Applications folder. Look at recent commits related to app indexing. Compare with Alfred's approach. Files to inspect: src/main/index.js, src/database/, or similar.
