Description

We are evaluating platforms to help our community quickly learn about the projects currently being built on Celo.

Most of the projects can be found on KarmaGAP (which is a platform to help us evaluate the impact of the projects.)

User Flow:

  1. Query projects from Karma GAP per program, e.g., Proof of Ship Season 3
  2. View the banner, main problem and solution, the video and a link to the live demo
  3. Make it possible to swipe left or right based on if you want to see the project continue building or not
  4. If you like a project, you are able to leave a comment, that be shown as endorsement on KarmaGAP
  5. (additionally feature): each project you swipe right on get's one cent and you can approve that once you finish swiping

Contributor guide

Research direction
Start by studying the KarmaGAP API documentation to understand how to query projects by program. Then implement a basic UI for swiping (left/right) using a library like react tinder card or similar. Integrate the API to fetch and display project details. For the endorsement feature, you'll need to authenticate users and create a comment submission flow. The optional payment feature can be implemented later using a simple payment gateway or smart contract on Celo.
