Description

Currently Caravan only supports regtest and Testnet3 (and doesn't specify that it is 3, which could lead to confusion).

Supporting Testnet4 would be good as I believe Trezors use this by default now within Trezor Connect.

Research direction
Examine the current network configuration constants and UI components to add Testnet4 and Signet support. Look for where Testnet3 is defined and how it is used. Then add new network entries and ensure the UI dropdown and validation logic are updated accordingly.
