Examine the current tray icon implementation in the source code (likely in MainWindow.xaml or similar). Identify the icon file(s) used. Then locate Syncthing's official icon set (e.g., from their repository). Determine the appropriate icon sizes and formats. Create new .ico files with the Syncthing icons. Finally, update the project to use the new icons and test on Windows 10.
