Description

We've seen it a couple times already - when we're waiting too long for an instance to get an IP, we could print a message letting the user know that a firewall might be the issue and point them at some docs to help troubleshoot.

Locate the code path where instance launch times out, likely in the `src/` directory. Identify the existing timeout handling code and add a conditional check that prints a message suggesting the user check their firewall. Look at existing log messages for style and use a similar approach. No pull requests or linked issues are present, so the implementation is straightforward.
