Description

It should be possible to report an incident and attach components (with statuses) to incidents in a single API request.

Research direction
Examine the current incident creation endpoint (likely POST /incidents) in the controller and model. Review how components are stored and related. Then extend the request to accept an array of components with statuses, validate them, and attach them to the incident in the same request.
