Description

Since a Topic can have multiple Viewpoints, I'm surprised to see that the standard still does not define a possibility to assign a name and/or description to a Viewpoint. This would be a small but valuable addition, IMO, to quickly indicate which Viewpoint shows what.

This request is obviously also for BCF-XML, but I wasn't sure if I should duplicate the issue.
