Considered for Next Version

As agreed in BCF Hackathon 2018 p2, we should remove the additional includeAuthorization parameter in GET services (https://github.com/BuildingSMART/BCF-API#428-determining-allowed-topic-modifications).

Always return authorization, topic_status etc..
