📚 documentation 📜 openapi 🧩 backend

Goal: Expose REST endpoints via OpenAPI and provide documentation using Swagger UI.

Tasks:

Configure OpenAPI.
Access Swagger UI at /swagger-ui/index.html.
Describe /greet endpoint with optional query parameter.
