Description

I just created a new app called 'docs' that uses Mintlify to generate a documentation website. This will provide users (instructors, locations, developers) with information on how to use the dashboard and API.

We should style this environment with the logos, colors, descriptions, etc. of the Nationaal Watersportdiploma. We can use the mint.json for this. See also this example of Dub.co that looks pretty sleek.
