[Bug]: Cannot install blizzard Battle.net, using either Wine-GE nor SODA runners

Start by reproducing the Battle.net installation in a new bottle with the wine-ge-proton8-26 runner. Read bottles/backend/managers/installer.py around line 482 and bottles/backend/utils/manager.py around line 266, then trace the reported desktop-file error and installation loop. Done means the installer completes without the loading loop or [Errno 2] failure.

Describe the bug

The installer froze at 61% while installing battle.net I pkill -9-ed bottles, when I restarted I tried once again but I got stuck in an infinite loading loop on the battle.net connection window (even though installation wasn't completed before).

I killed again & now I got the following error :
