Research direction
Start by locating the repository's existing CI configuration and comparing its current jobs with the requested Windows coverage. Investigate the boostorg/url reference and MSVC 14.1, 14.2, and 14.3 targets; done means Windows CI runs successfully for the project and exposes any relevant 32-bit MSVC 14.1 failure.
