Research direction

Review the clack monorepo and the root docs/ directory, then compare how core, prompts, and documentation are currently organized. Clarify the migration scope and repository changes required to manage them together; done means the relevant projects and docs are merged into the monorepo and remain maintainable together.

Description

I think long term it would be easier to manage for in the clack monorepo under docs/ in the root of the dir. This makes it where you can update core, prompts and docs accordingly!
