When I run the serve command I get the following error:

serve

docker run --rm -v "$PWD:/gitbook" -p 4000:4000 billryan/gitbook gitbook serve
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/gitbook/_book/gitbook/gitbook-plugin-fontsettings/fontsettings.js'
