Research direction

Open ontology_manager.py and inspect how its stopwords list is defined and used when producing NER/PII entities. Review the wordfreq approach linked in the issue, then verify that examples such as "best" and "much" are treated as stopwords and are no longer returned as entities.

Description

Improve the stopwords list in ontology_manager.py for example using https://github.com/rspeer/wordfreq.

This allows us to do better lexicon. For example, words like "best" and "much" are stopwords and should not be returned as NER/PII entities.
