Issue in running setup.py

Start with the setup.py install command and the failing compilation in libcodegen/File.h. Compare the repository files with the referenced echonest/echoprint-codegen release-4.12 files, then rebuild the extension to confirm the reported errors are resolved.

Hi below is the output when I run python setup.py install

i think it is missing some files..
as workaround I copied files from https://github.com/echonest/echoprint-codegen/tree/release-4.12
I don't know if some one else had the issue.
So don't want to pollute repo.
But if it happens in future. Please copy files from the repo
