Reproduce the issue in Chrome 97.0.4692.71 by opening DevTools for Tailwind CSS, selecting the Classes tab, and viewing an element with many classes. Inspect the panel layout and scrolling behavior at normal zoom; done means the top panel does not cover the screen, remains scrollable, and the bottom panel is reachable without zooming out.

When using a lot of classes the in one element Inspect element > Devtools for Tailwind CSS > Classes top panel covers the whole screen and is not scrollable. Only when zooming out I can see the bottom panel
