Description

We are currently not packaged in the Kali Linux Package repos.

We should follow this guide to add RustScan to the kali linux repos so it can be installed easily: https://www.kali.org/docs/tools/submitting-tools/

Research direction
Follow the Kali Linux tools submission guide (https://www.kali.org/docs/tools/submitting tools/) to create a Debian package for RustScan. The guide covers requirements, building, and submission via GitLab. Review any existing packaging scripts in the RustScan repository. After packaging, submit a merge request to the Kali GitLab as instructed.
