enhancement help wanted research

In release/0.1.2alpha the factory crate got somewhat abandoned. We need to add factories for Signature and KEM (and maybe others).

The Signature and KEM factories need to be enums that encapsulate all the supported objects, and those enums need to impl the relevant traits, passing them through to the underlying types. Use the other factory modules as examples.
