Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some zombie job which are in undetermined state can occur in airflow when a job is interrupted suddenly (when redeploying the app for example). These zombie job can create problems since their state in execution table is running.

Describe the solution you'd like Detect zombie job and set them as failed in cornflow. Zombie jobs should be running in cornflow but would not appear or would appear with unknown state in airflow.
