Examine existing badge implementations in the Shields repository (e.g., GitHub pull request count badge) to understand the pattern for adding new badges. Review the GitHub PR API structure to fetch additions and deletions. Look at the service files in `services/` and the base badge class. Implement a new badge class that fetches PR stats and renders the additions/deletions format as shown in the issue.
