Description

I apologize in advance for this horrible issue report. I noticed this a few weeks ago, forgot to report it and since then removed my configuration. At the moment I have no time to create an example.

I just thought I would let you guys know I ran in to this. If you can easily reproduce it: good. If not you can close this issue.

Research direction
The issue lacks a reproduction. To investigate, first attempt to find a known scenario where source maps are off by one line in babel/minify. Check the repository's existing tests for source maps. If possible, create a minimal repository that reproduces the bug using the minifier version at the time. Review comments for any follow up. Since the reporter cannot provide details, the issue may be closed unless a maintainer can reproduce.
