Hi,

Currently the plugin does not support "TargetInstances" listed in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codedeploy/latest/APIReference/API_CreateDeployment.html#CodeDeploy-CreateDeployment-request-targetInstances

It makes it impossible do do green-blue deployment.
