Research direction

Review the sample's view-engine setup and its .ebextensions configuration first. Done means the example clearly shows how to turn off the view engine and provides a minimal sample containing the required .ebextensions files, without unrelated web-app features.

Description

Cannot see anywhere in this example where to turn off the view engine.

Could you please just make a simple example that has the required .ebextensions? Any webdev worth their salt that is approaching your systems is going to know how to make a decent web app. We can do without the fluff. Thanks.
