Description

Some cards take a long time to load and if you have many of them on one page that could take a while and even crash the server.

We should create a way to load the card contents only on request.

Research direction
Examine the card view partials in app/views/components/ (likely card.html.erb) to understand current rendering. Use Stimulus to add a controller that on click fetches card content via an AJAX request to a controller endpoint returning the partial. Look at existing Stimulus controllers for patterns.
