Description

We should record how many minutes we have streamed. This seems like something the broadcast manager could do. We should record uptime per broadcast initially I think. For now total AusOcean stream uptime can be calculated from the per broadcast uptimes.

Investigate the broadcast manager code to add stream uptime recording per broadcast. Look for existing metric recording patterns and implement a timer that tracks duration since stream start, storing uptime per broadcast. Then total uptime can be computed from these records.
