Description

Sometimes we have had viewers ask what time it is locally in the livestream chat. It would be a nice feature to periodically (perhaps every 30 minutes) send a chat message that includes the timezone and local time of the livestream.

This could be added to handleChatMessage() line 827 in broadcast.go.
