e.g.

uv add [<package>] --git <url> 
uv add [<package>] --path <path> 
uv add [<package>] --url <url> 
uv add [<package>] --workspace <path>

These user should be able to optionally include the package name and specifiers, e.g. uv add "httpx>0.2.0" --git https://github.com/encode/httpx

Implement new CLI flags for uv add to specify sources ( git, path, url, workspace). Modify argument parsing in the add command module (likely src/cli/add.rs) to accept these flags and construct the appropriate dependency source. Ensure package name and specifiers can optionally be provided alongside the source flag.
