\mathds doesn't work with numerals

Description

Fixed the error in ff9101e but they only display as bold numbers instead of the double stroke ones like this: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/436715/mathds-from-dsfont-package-works-with-latex-and-not-with-htlatex

Should be fixed upstream in mathjax.

Research direction
Investigate the upstream MathJax issue that causes \mathds numerals to render as bold instead of double struck. Check the linked commit ff9101e and issue #234 for context. Determine if a workaround can be applied in engrafo or if a fix is needed in MathJax itself.
