Research direction

Start by reading the CLI's existing 3MF repair and export flow in the repository, including how output paths and temporary files are handled. Done means a repaired file can be exported as STL, with temporary 3MF handling either configurable or cleaned up afterward; the original PowerShell script is a separate request.

Description

Some applications don't handle 3mf well (many resin printer focused slicers). Being able to have the exported file as an STL would be huge, even if it needed to exist as a 3mf during the process (as long as a temp dir could be specified or it cleaned up the file at the end.)

As a side note: I'd love to see the original powershell script (I'm not familiar with C)
