Describe the bug

Process panel CPU usage does not display the 4th digit.

To Reproduce

Happens every time a process requires 4 digits to display CPU usage.

Expected behavior

Should show 4 digits instead of 3.

I am guessing this is a general issue, but if it is specific to my platform I will provide more detail.
