[Feature request] Highlight the word "TODO" in text editor

Description

Via the keywords.txt you can highlight different words. What i wish is that you highlight the word "TODO" (and possibly some synonyms) red by default. A new preset is required for those colors (or maybe its there and noone knows). This way you could also highlight DEBUG and others.

Example in scratch editor of elementary OS: todohighlight

Investigate the Arduino IDE source code to find where default keyword highlights are defined. Look for files such as keywords.txt or Java source files that set up syntax coloring. Determine if there is an existing preset mechanism. After locating, propose adding 'TODO' (and possibly synonyms) with red color as a default entry. Review the issue comments for any additional context or previous attempts.
