Description

When output is saved into text files/CI logs color markers make it harder to rid

Research direction
Investigate how Trivy currently handles output formatting. Look at the CLI argument parsing in main.go or cmd/root.go to add a no color flag. Check if there is an existing color library (like fatih/color) and how to conditionally disable color. Also consider supporting the NO COLOR environment variable as per no color.org. See existing comments in issue #1091 for community suggestions.
