Research direction
Review the existing OpenAPI platform documentation and code in the portal module, particularly the open api package. Identify existing controller patterns and service layers for user management. Propose new endpoints for user list and search, following the existing authentication and authorization patterns. Consider adding DTOs and validation similar to other API endpoints.
