Description

Unfortunately, the fix for https://github.com/apertium/lttoolbox-java/issues/6 requires network. The build bots work offline for security reasons, so this must be buildable ideally only with dependencies from Debian's repos - any dependency that isn't installable from Debian needs to be either bundled or set up as a Debian package.
