Description

Adding filtering of fields for cdc synchronization.

Currently, cdc is synchronized with all fields. To be improved in issue #9486, if you want to filter the fields, including the full amount and the increment, we only need to specify the field name list.

Research direction
The issue requests adding field filtering to CDC synchronization. Currently, all fields are synchronized (see issue #9486). The implementation should allow users to specify a list of field names to include or exclude. Start by examining the existing CDC connector code, likely in the connector v2 module, and add a configuration option for field filtering at the row level.
