About cmake pulsar-client-cpp

Start with the CMake configuration output and the generated CMakeOutput.log and CMakeError.log. Reproduce the configuration failure, then investigate the missing GMOCK_INCLUDE_PATH, pthread linking check, getauxval check, and absent clang-format; done means CMake configures successfully without these errors.
