Description

Recent addition of wskadmin-next via #3722 is leading to build failures in various other OpenWhisk repos which depend on test module result in following error

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':tests:testCompileClasspath'.

Research direction
The issue stems from the addition of wskadmin next in #3722, which is not published to Maven Central. Dependent repos fail to resolve the dependency. To fix, you need to update the build scripts of those repos (e.g., Travis CI configs) to include the local module or publish it. Check the assignee's progress and comments for any partial work. Relevant files include build.gradle in the dependent repos.
