Dennis Lundberg opened MCHANGES-459 and commented

While releasing Maven Shared Utils 3.3.3 I followed the instructions at:
https://maven.apache.org/developers/release/maven-project-release-procedure.html

When doing the announcement a 5.a. it failed for me with this error:

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-changes-plugin:2.12.1:announcement-generate (announcement-generate) on project maven-shared-utils: Failed to extract issues from JIRA. Invalid browse URL
