Research direction

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue in Maka Desktop 0.2.0 by setting thinking level to high, adding a directory as a project, and checking the resulting level; trace the task and project state handling. Done means adding a project preserves the selected thinking level instead of restoring the default.

Description

What happened

I created a new task, adjusted the model's thinking level, and then added a new
directory as a project. The thinking level got reset.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a new task.
  2. Adjust the model's thinking level (e.g. set it to high).
  3. Add a new directory as a project.
  4. The thinking level is reset back to the default.
Expected

Adding a project should not reset the thinking level I just set.

Actual

After adding a new directory as a project, the thinking level falls back to the
default.
