Describe the proposal

目前指标采集暴露端口已经将其复用到了qos端口中，原先开发的部分普罗米修斯配置项已经无用，需要将其删除保证代码的优雅

At present, the indicator collection exposure port has been reused into the qos port. Some of the Prometheus configuration items that were originally developed are useless, and need to be deleted to ensure the elegance of the code
