I went through the very first chapters of user manual and I think the
Chinese version is not updated to the English version.

For example in Chapter 3 dependencies. The Chinese version says it
requires Java 5+ while in the English version says it requires Java
6+.

Meanwhile the detailed dependencies in Chapter 3 are not synced.
