AdvSG Trillian test

Start with the Marvin log archive and the listed Python tests, especially the failures in the Advanced_with_Security_Groups environment. Determine which tests need fixes versus exclusion, then rerun the Trillian test; done means the affected tests produce expected results or are explicitly excluded with a reason.
