Consider using https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/ArrayBuffer/transfer for e.g. https://github.com/domoritz/arrow/blob/1ad7038e2bb7c331c12b54f41d3ab7c117dfbf67/js/src/builder/buffer.ts#L32.
