Current State

https://github.com/apache/apisix/pull/10864 We have removed some support for building and deploying APISIX on Mac in this pr, but there are still some documents that need to be update/delete.

Research direction
The issue requires removing Mac specific build/install instructions from docs/en/latest/external plugin.md and docs/en/latest/building apisix.md. Specifically, delete the lines referenced in the issue (line 72 in external plugin.md and line 82 in building apisix.md) that mention building/installing APISIX on MacOS. No new content is needed. Verify that the linked PR #10864 already removed Mac support; this is a cleanup task.
